About Meghan


Reading from her novel, Undercut, at The Kings Head pub in Galway for her final Two Pines reading and Sierra Nevada College’s first graduating class of 2014.

Meghan Robins earned her MFA in Fiction at Sierra Nevada College and is currently writing an historical fiction novel set in an 1860s logging camp near Lake Tahoe.

Her work as been published in Tahoe Blues  (Bona FideBooks),  The Kokanee Review, and both as an Annual  Writing Competition winner and a contributor for the Moonshine Ink.  Meghan is a proud alumna of the Community of Writers at Squaw Valley and a member of the Reno Art Salon since 2013.

She owes a debt of gratitude to her family and friends who are forever supportive, and to Karen Terry whose generative workshops at Tangled Roots Writing allowed the characters of her novel to be born. Meghan currently lives in her hometown of Tahoe City, California.

  1. Hi There. I nominate the word RIDICULOSITY and leave its definition to you, It seems to define so many things that are happening these days, especially actions taken by our government.to solve problems such as the high speed train and funding education. The list goes on.and on.
